Today we went to the Eschengrund car dealership to view and test drive a small car. First impression: positive, nice, friendly A lot of information had already been requested and exchanged over the phone regarding the vehicle of interest. Previous damage that had been repaired was properly reported. During the phone call we also asked several times about other defects. 2 rims embellished by a curb, a dent in the door and a scratched dashboard were not mentioned here. After the test drive, there was an offer to have this damage repaired before purchase. But: not the dashboard. What particularly annoys me is that we had already emphasized in advance that we had to travel over 500km. If we had communicated honestly (the damage was NOT mentioned in the mobile ad), we wouldn't have made an appointment at all and wouldn't have looked at the vehicle. The crowning glory was the way in which we, the customer, were dealt with when the defects were addressed. It was suggested to us that it would be better if we didn't come into the shop and that if we were looking for an A+ used car, we would just have to keep looking. I have rarely experienced something like this with a customer (in this case, me). Side note: It is a small car with 21,000km mileage. Comment from the seller: “If you want to pay attention to every little thing here, it’s better to buy somewhere else.” I think that even with a small car for €15,000 it is appropriate to be treated kindly and to be able to examine the vehicle carefully!

This was my first time purchasing a used, very well-preserved car from a car dealership and I am very satisfied with both the customer service and the friendliness. As a customer, I felt completely carefree and well advised; open questions were always answered promptly and help was offered. I was also surprised by a friendly phone call after the purchase. I am extremely satisfied with my car for the price and thank you for the competent advice, additional MOT and registration of the car as well as the uncomplicated processing despite adverse circumstances at our registration authority in HST. 🍀🙏🏻 I would be happy to come back after years and recommend this car dealership.
